2. What's the lead time for a custom bobblehead?
It takes 5 days to 4 weeks to make, depending on the time frame you choose at checkout. Plus a shipping time of 1-2 days.

3. Can I preview my bobblehead before shipment?
Yes! We provide a proof of your bobblehead during the production. This allows you to review our works. You can ask for adjustments till you are satisfied.

4. How tall is my bobblehead?
It’s 17cm tall for adults, 14-15cm for teenagers,11.5-14cm for kids.

5. What’s the material of my bobblehead?
The bobbleheads are made from high-quality and environmentally friendly polymer clay. It’s soft for sculpting and becomes tough after baking. Confirmed by material test, it would not be affected by temperature, humidity or any climate changes, even not deform or fade.

6. Can I have multiple bobbleheads on the same baes?
Absolutely! We offer bobblehead sets products for couple, triple and team options.

7. What photo we should upload?
A clear front view photo is sufficient. A side view photo will be helpful for more details.

8. Can I ask for accessories for my custom bobblehead?
Yes, small items like glasses, logo and hat are free. Bigger items like golf bag, chair... will be charged depending on the size and sculpting time.

9. Is my personal information kept confidential?

It rarely happens, 99.8% of our products are safely delivered to our customers. If it did happen, please send us a photo of the damaged item. Once it's confirmed irreparable, we will make a replacement and send it to you for free.
